PokerStars SCOOP Offers $5.75 Million in Guaranteed Prize Pools Across North America

The highly anticipated Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) is making a grand return to PokerStars' North American online tables, giving poker enthusiasts a chance to compete for prestigious titles and a share of the $5.75 million in guaranteed prize pools.

Running from March 21 to April 7, 2025, this premier online series will welcome players from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Ontario, providing them with an unparalleled opportunity to showcase their skills and claim ultimate bragging rights in the poker world.

SCOOP Schedule Highlights

In the shared liquidity states of online poker in New Jersey and Michigan, as well as in Ontario, more than $2.25 million is guaranteed across 44 events (USD and CAD, respectively). Pennsylvania players will battle for a portion of over $2 million spread across 43 events, each divided into low, medium, and high buy-in tiers.

The series features a diverse range of game formats, catering to all play styles, including No-Limit Hold'em (NLHE), Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO), 8-Game, Pot-Limit Badugi, 2-7 Single Draw, and HORSE. Buy-ins range from $5 to $2,500, allowing players of all skill levels to compete for a coveted SCOOP title and secure their place in poker history.

SCOOP Main Events

The highly anticipated SCOOP Main Events are scheduled for April 6, featuring three buy-in levels:

• Low: $50 buy-in with a guaranteed prize pool of $50,000.

• Medium: $300 buy-in with a guaranteed prize pool of $200,000.

• High: $2,500 buy-in with a guaranteed prize pool of $125,000.

Despite buy-ins starting as low as $5, players can qualify for SCOOP events through satellites for as little as $1.
